objectives of Kilkenny Cereals for the period 2003 - 2007 are based upon
two strategic aims and focussed on County Kilkenny and the South-East
region, as follows:

To
develop our entrepreneurial capability and management potential in County
Kilkenny and the South-East region maximising our contribution to the local economy. Our aim is to:

- Improve our
entrepreneurial and business skills;
- Draw upon local potential for the development and
management of our business;
- Create and retain jobs in the County Kilkenny region from our
new business activities;
- Establish business relationships with suppliers of
capital, local producers and interested customers that will stand the
test of time; and
- Build on the
strong entrepreneurial spirit that exists in Kilkenny, cultivating a culture of
enterprise and undertaking appropriate projects that share the
development objectives of
the County.
