The raw fat in the cake (residual oil) refers normally to 100% dried matter. The moisture content in the press cake varies between approximately 5 and 10%. That means that the values for raw fat in the cake will rise in the example from 170-110 g/kg to 191-123 g/kg, according 19.1 and 12.3 % residual oil in the cake (refer to diagram below).
